Moose Sign Goaltender Levinski

The Moose continue to pick up big time players with the newest addition of 99' Goaltender Jake Levinski from St. Cloud Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, MN.

In the 2016-2017 MNHS season Levinski led his team to the Minnesota State Tournament as the Assistant Captain, Jake and his team captured 3rd place. Levinski Started 28 out of 30 games posting a 19-7-2 record with a .899 save percentage and 2.66 goals against average throughout the season. In the state tournament Levinski was named to the All-Tournament team. He was also on the All-Section 6A First team and earned the Hobey Baker Character Award, which recognizes exemplary character and sportsmanship. 

"It is important that we build this team from the pipes out and Jake is just the type of player we were looking to do that with in our inaugural season. Levinski has an extremely high work ethic and an unmatchable level of character. I thoroughly look forward to working with Jake's development this season." - Assistant Coach Blake Mendenhall
