The Minnesota Moose proud members of the USPHL are excited to announce that Ryan Kelly a 1998 Forward from Lombard, Illinois has signed for the 2017-18 season. 

Ryan Kelly spent last season on the ice more than most, logging 89 games played between the Chicago Bruins in the CSDHL, Glenbard HS (AAA) and the Team Illinois showcase team. In 89 games played Kelly recorded 58 goals and 69 assists with an outstanding face off win percentage of 79%.  While with Glenbard High School Kelly served as Captain of his team, along with being captain he was also selected for the All State team and the Metro West All Star Team. With the Bruins Kelly also served as Captain and was chosen for the CSDHL All Star team. 

"Ryan Kelly is a player that we as a staff expect big things from in our inaugural season. Kelly is a very strong skate with good size that has a knack for the net. I had the opportunity to see Ryan play several times this summer and I was impressed how every shift he stepped on the ice he made things happen and the puck always found its way to his stick. His leadership and skill set will be a huge attribute for the Moose this season and we look forward to see what he is capable at the junior level". - Head Coach, Jon Jonasson

As the Moose finalize their roster over the next week they will be announcing the rest of the teams roster through the end of August, building the excitement for a championship run in their inaugural season. 

The Minnesota Moose play out of Fogerty Ice Arena in Blaine, MN. One of the top facilities for Junior Hockey in Minnesota. The Moose home opener at Fogerty Ice Arena  will be September 15th vs the Minnesota Mullets out of Forest Lake, MN.
