The Minnesota Moose, proud members of the USPHL are proud to announce the signing of Brendon Jones a 1999 forward from Pembroke, Massachusetts. Jones spent last season playing in the EHL with the Boston Bandits. With the Bandits Jones posted 11 points, netting 5 goals and 6 assists in 43 games played.

"Jones is a speedy skilled forward that will bring a lot of grit to our line up. I had the opportunity to watch Jones skate in the Janesville Jets Main Camp where he was one of the final cuts. In camp Jones was one of the top free agent forwards that attended camp. He plays with a work ethic that is hard for other teams to compete against." - Head Coach Jon Jonasson

Brendon had this to say about coming to the Moose, " I've chosen to play for the Minnesota Moose because of the great staff and the opportunities I can get from playing with a high end program like the Minnesota Moose. My goal for this year is to be the best person possible on and off the ice, along with being a leader on the team with a year of junior experience already under my belt. I am very excited about the upcoming season with the Moose and Coach Jonasson, can't wait to get started!"

As the Moose finalize their roster over the next week they will be announcing the rest of the teams roster through the end of August, building the excitement for a championship run in their inaugural season.

The Minnesota Moose play out of Fogerty Ice Arena in Blaine, MN. One of the top facilities for Junior Hockey in Minnesota. The Moose home opener at Fogerty Ice Arena  will be September 15th vs the Minnesota Mullets out of Forest Lake, MN.
